Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments Communicating with clients, other law offices, and the courts Dictation Initial case intake responsibilities Legal billing This position requires a high level of confidentiality in accordance with legal standards.
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of one year of related work experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, and will display professional conduct and appearance.
Experience with legal billing and scheduling is also a plus.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain their Notary Public license.
