Office hours are 7am-5pm The ability to work 4 (9) hour shifts or 4 (10) hour shifts Weekends pay an additional $10.

We are looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, and providing general information about our primary care services.
This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and parents in a welcoming and professional way.
Schedule appointments for patients.
Register and update patient charts.
Maintain patient records and medical histories.
Collect patient payments and copays.
Provide information to patients about our primary care services and procedures.
Answer phones when needed.
Effectively communicate with patients, parents and peers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
