Modern Technology does most of the audit process leaving you free to take care of the guest.
Welcome the weary traveler, the late-night check-in's and assist the early departures.
Provide local knowledge and recommendations, and a friendly face for those unable to sleep.
Offer them that first cup of coffee to help them get started with their day.

o Welcome and Greet all guests in a friendly professional manner o Operate the front desk and be familiar with all it's functions o Assist Guests with requests, questions, and handle complaints o Close out the front desk functions and reporting for the day o Answer the phone in a friendly, professional and helpful manner and direct calls o Maintain knowledge of the local area, events, and hotel offerings Breakfast set up $19.
