Our Waterville office has a 32-40hr position available for a Home Care Consultant.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To ensure client admissions are coordinated and completed as assigned.
Worker supervisions and Client supervisions are performed and documented as required.
Assure that issues and concerns are followed up on in a timely manner within assigned territory.
EDUCATION :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of PSS or CNA certification required.
EXPERIENCE :
1 Year of Home Care experience as a PSS or CNA.
Prior experience in a decentralized environment is a plus.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALITIES :
Exhibits polite and professional multi-media communications (telephone, email, text, etc.
)Excellent customer services skillsCapable of high performance in a fast-paced environmentOrganizational SkillsCapable of using good judgment in challenging situationsWillingness to develop professionallyAbility to be a team player with all stakeholdersMust demonstrate knowledge and use of computer platforms and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
