30 PM Summary :
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Quality Division and assigned clinical departments not limited to but including Medical Staff, VP of Nursing & PCS, VP Practice Administration.
Works in collaboration with other administrative assistants.
Responsibilities :
o Provide administrative support to the hospital and Medical Staff Performance Improvement Programs.
o Acts as the Policy and Procedure Gatekeeper for Northern Light INH - working with department manual owners to ensure compliance with annual reviews and timely updates of all policies and plans.
o Acts as the RL6 Solutions Incident Reporting Software Superuser - provides training and department support with report writing and ensuring timely completion of follow-up for both risk and feedback reports.
o Serves as the owner of clinical contract maintenance in Medireg Software Management System and ensures an annual contract evaluation is completed o Represent INH on all user group meetings for policy gateway and incident reporting software o Ensures annual approval of all patient care policies and procedures to Medical Staff and Quality & Professional Affairs Committee o Assists the Director of Organizational Quality and VP Sr.
Physician Executive with OPPE/FPPE o Complete data entry of quality data approved by Director of Organizational Quality or other approved clinical staff into reporting software programs that may include but are not limited to Vizient, Rural Wisconsin, Press Ganey, and NHSN - clarifying any questions or submission errors with subject matter expert.
o Coordinate and prepare agenda packets, attend meetings, and support meetings that include but are not limited to:
Medical Staff Quality, Medical Staff Case Review, Performance Improvement, Quality Team, Quality & Professional Affairs, Environment of Care, and Medication Variance o Collaborate with Exec Administration Assistant to communicate materials to the Board of Directors o Annual preparation and submittal to State of Maine for Hospital license o Maintain and update Disaster Call List o Assist in development, review and modification of all Hospital Wide Plans and annual evaluations o Champions the SVH lobby art displays changeovers o Provides Service Excellence orientation at all new employee orientations.
o Back up to Administrative Assistant to CEO o Schedule meetings and meeting spaces o Assist Quality Division and assigned departments with special project, data presentation and administrative needs.
o Other tasks as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
