) Educational Technician (Ed Tech) openings that include a generous hourly compensation and competitive benefits plan options! Position Summary Ed Techs (I, II, or III) in our Early Childhood Program will work directly one-to-one with children ages 3-5 and diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a therapeutic classroom environment.
With oversight and instruction from the classroom Lead Teacher, Ed Techs apply the use of evidence-based practices and early intervention strategies to support young learners in developing foundational skills that lead to achieving life-long goals and building independence! Services will be provided onsite at our Specialized Preschool in Waterville, ME! Schedule & Compensation Full-time (40 hrs.
); Monday through Friday; 7:
30am-3:
30pm $20-21/per hour - commensurate with education and experience $1,500 Sign-on bonus - paid at successful completion of 6 months employment! What are the qualifications to become a Teacher's Assistant? Ed Tech I - High School Diploma or Equivalent Ed Tech II - Minimum of 60 college credits Associates Degree in a related field preferred.
Ed Tech III - Minimum of 90 college credits Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Preference given to individuals with a minimum of two (2) years of related experience working with children with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
