This position purchases, issues, receives, delivers and stocks central supply inventory and nursing units to ensure that our residents and patients are never out of items needed for patient care.
This job requires computer skills, materials management experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, good customer service and above average attendance.
The schedule for the position may fluctuate based on resident/patient needs.
Must be decisive, detail minded, have strong mathematical skills, and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to problem solve and work independently to assist customers.
Inspects daily inventory, maintains records of supply usage, and compiles periodic reports.
Rotates stock as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
, and push/pull carts weighing 150 lbs.
Must be able to bend/stoop/ reach and stand most of the day.
The Purchasing Manager is expected to collaborate with Director of Nursing, Admissions Director and Rehab Coordinator to determine resident/patient needs.
Works with Infection Control nurse to maintain standards of care.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
