Hours: 40 hrs/week; 8:00am-4:30pm; weekend & on call rotation
Job Details:

Provides patient and family centered nursing services in the home to assigned caseload. Provides skilled care and coordination of care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care and services required to meet patient needs. The position includes responsibility for 24 hour call, weekend, and holiday care in rotation with team members.
Qualifications/Competencies:

Must have either a current State of Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license or an RN license recognized by the Nurse Licensure Compact ( ). If RN licensure is from a compact state, must obtain a state of Maine RN license within 90 days of changing primary residency to Maine.

Associate's degree, Nursing;Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.

1 year or more current Acute Med/Surg or equivalent Nursing experiencerequired; RN experience in homecare or hospicepreferred.

Thorough knowledge and skill in current nursing practice required.

Proficiency with computer use required.

Excellent organizational skills required.

Valid driver''s license required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
